Holiday Family Gatherings | Cedar Park Family Photographer

Over Christmas break, I got to photograph a family that just moved to Austin from Portland.  All the relatives came to town to celebrate the holidays together, and what better opportunity than to capture some great family photos with the siblings, cousins, and grandparents.  It was freezing cold that week, and everyone was a trooper and we got the session done with great success.  This was my last session of 2017, and what a wonderful way to end my year.

Merry Christmas

I love winter break.  I get to spend tons of time with Dylan.  Okay, I don’t have to pack lunch and do drop offs and pick ups either.  Daily routines out the window.  It’s awesome.  Lots of holiday parties this time of the year.  But I most look forward to hanging out with my besties.  We decorated cookies and ate them!  Yes, I had 11 cookies, believe it!

It’s almost the end of the holiday portrait session.  Time to get those holiday cards out in the mail.  Just a few more session left in the next couple of weeks.

Pennybacker Bridge is one of my favorite.  It’s not the easiest place to take family photos, but it’s got a few great backdrops I like to use.  Glad to have gone out early in the morning last week for this family session.  The weather was perfect and the light was beautiful.
